A Bit About Me

I live in Hayle, Cornwall, UK.

I started playing guitar at around the age of six  just strumming a few chords. (35years years ago...yikes!)

I really got into the guitar and intensified my practicing at the age of 18 after being inspired by my friend who was a rock lead guitarist in a band and i thought, "i want to play like that".

So i practiced sometimes 9 or 10 hours a day at first and that was even after an 8 hour work day. I literally played until my fingers bled.

I've been in bands and learnt most the tricks e.t.c. I now play for pleasure, teach others, and TRY and write my own songs and compositions..

I am mainly a rock / blues  lead guitarist and accoustic guitarist. I love classical and spanish guitar but my ability to play them is very limited....and as for jazz guitar...forget it..i wouldn't have a clue! (well I kind of do but neither do I like Jazz nor play it).

I use D'Addario electric guitar and Martin acoustic guitar strings exclusively
